Guelph Naturopathy
Hello! My name is Dr. Andrew Hubbard and I am a naturopath in Guelph with a focus in treating digestive health. You can find me at Natural Choice Medical Clinic in Guelph
Digestive-Focused Naturopathy in Guelph, Ontario
I offer evidence-based naturopathic care for people struggling with chronic digestive concerns—like IBS, bloating, reflux, or constipation—as well as connected issues like brain fog, skin flares, fatigue, and immune dysfunction. Many of these conditions are rooted in gut health, and that’s where we begin.
Gut Health
I help people with digestive concerns such as IBS, bloating, reflux, constipation, diarrhea, nausea, and inflammatory bowel disease. I also work with related concerns such as fatigue, brain fog, skin conditions, and food reactions that may be connected to gut health.
Evidence Based
Good healthcare starts with good clinical reasoning. I combine research evidence, clinical experience, and careful assessment to help patients make informed decisions about their health.
Naturopathy
Naturopathic care is about understanding the whole picture. Treatment may include nutrition, lifestyle medicine, supplements, gut-brain therapies, medications, or additional testing when appropriate.
Clear Direction
Digestive symptoms can be confusing and overwhelming. My goal is to help you understand what’s happening, identify the most important next steps, and create a clear plan forward.
Digestive Focused.
Individualized Care.
Hi, I’m Dr. Andrew—a naturopathic doctor who helps people struggling with digestion feel better, think clearly, and get back to living life on their terms.
I work with patients who feel frustrated, dismissed, or overwhelmed by symptoms like IBS, bloating, reflux, constipation, or chronic diarrhea. For some, these issues have been around for years. For others, they came on suddenly and changed everything. Either way, you’re not alone—and it’s not all in your head.
My approach combines careful investigation with practical treatment strategies. Whether we’re clarifying a diagnosis, addressing persistent symptoms, or supporting long-term recovery, I’ll help you make sense of the situation and build a clear path forward.

Why It Feels Like Every Food Triggers Gut Symptoms

Frequently Asked Questions
What Conditions Do You Treat?
I primarily work with people experiencing digestive symptoms such as bloating, abdominal pain, reflux, constipation, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, and food sensitivities. Some patients come to me with an established diagnosis such as IBS, ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease, celiac disease, GERD, functional dyspepsia, or SIBO. Others arrive without a clear diagnosis and are simply looking for answers.
Many of my patients feel stuck, frustrated, or overwhelmed by ongoing symptoms, restrictive diets, conflicting advice, or long waits for specialist care. My role is to help make sense of what’s happening, identify the most likely drivers, and create a clear plan forward.
While digestive health is my primary focus, I also commonly work with related concerns such as eczema, migraines, chronic hives, histamine intolerance, fatigue, brain fog, and ADHD—especially when there may be a connection between these symptoms and gut health.
